Details of the spaces available at Winterfest:

  • OPTION A – Large Retail space (vendor booth)

Up to 8 meters by 8 meters 

AED 35,000 + 5%VAT = AED 36,750

 

  • OPTION B – Medium Retail space (vendor booth)

Up to 5 meters by 5 meters 

AED 18,000 + 5%VAT = AED 18,900

 

  • OPTION C – Small Retail space (vendor booth)

Up to 3 meters by 3 meters 

AED 12,000 + 5%VAT = AED 12,600

 

  • OPTION D – Medium Retail (organiser booth)

4 meters by 2 meters 

AED 19,500 + 5%VAT = AED 20,475

 

  • OPTION E – Small Retail (organiser booth)

  • OPTION F – X-Large Food and Beverage space (vendor booth)

WINTER DISTRICT 2024 VENDOR RULES

 

  • 100% payment is required to secure your reservation with your booking form immediately upon signing. Without this your preferred space will not be held for more than 5 days from the reservation date.


  • All vendors are to promote Revive and/or their involvement at Winter District through their channels. 

  • A minimum of 2 social media posts leading up to the event & 2 during the event is required

  • We recommend that all brands make announcements to their email lists and connections, as well as promote the event through social media and other channels. This festival's success is guaranteed by everyone's combined efforts. 

  • Brands give permission to organizer to use their brand name & content created/collected by the organizer through the event in online & offline platforms where applicable. Where applicable collaborations may be done for promotions based on mutual discussion.

  • Tag @winter.district @m2lconcepts in your post copy and on your photos. Use the following hashtags: #winterdistrict, #m2lconcepts

  • Vendor Booth / space can be designed according to vendor brand guidelines & event activations. Vendor designs need to be reviewed by Organizer to ensure it aligns with the overall event theme / look & feel. Support in design & build from organiser can be availed at additional cost.  

  • Organiser booths can be availed by Vendors which will include the booth + signage. Brands can have preference in their location on the event layout. Placement may be subject to change based on organizer review and final layout plan on site, decided by site analysis and site production.

  • All vendors are to incorporate winter themed décor and vibe into their booth / activation for the event.

  • All booths must be open throughout the whole period of the festival's working hours. Every vendor must be in their booth 30 minutes before the event begins. Vendors that open late or close early will be fined 150 AED.

  • If a vendor fails to comply with the above, the organization retains the right to cancel their contract and remove their merchandise from the premises. 

  • Your presence guarantees our success. 

  • Vendors that open late or close early will have their stores opened/reopened at their own risk by on-site employees.

  • All vendors must align with the major event themes in their product & services. Special promotions / products / services exclusively for or launched at the event are encouraged. Providing exclusivity for customers attracting footfall.

 

Vendor Guidelines:

  • On completion, please return this document to our M2L email.

  • Throughout the event, the event organizer will only offer a rental location and power supply.

  • The vendor shall bring in their own kiosk / booth / activation space, designs need to be pre-approved by Organiser. Incorporate winter themed décor and vibe into their booth / activation.

  • The retail vendor will commit to stay until the conclusion of the event in order to comply with the event's production and operational requirements.

  • Retail vendors and staff must maintain excellent behaviour and show the highest respect to the event organizer, clients, and other persons throughout the event.

  • The retail vendor is responsible for maintaining their personal area clean and the property nice, tidy, and in excellent shape. Any harm caused by the merchant is punishable by fine.

  • Retail Vendor shall closely comply to the event set up dates and timings established schedule.

  • Each vendor's allocation will not be modified or updated after

  • After signing the booking form, the allocation of each vendor will not be amended or revised.

  • It is definitely forbidden to leave bags or boxes outside the booth.
